Applications are now open for Leadership Santa Cruz County's 2025/2026 cohort! If you or someone you know are in a leadership role and want to connect with leaders in our community, learn about our county, and hone leadership skills along the way, we're hoping that you/they will apply.

LSCC's upcoming Class 39 is a 10-month program that meets one Friday each month from September through May with a festive graduation celebration in June. An August orientation is scheduled so that class members can connect and receive an exciting overview of the year ahead.

During the program, class members will get a rare opportunity to actually see, hear and experience, up close, how our community’s public, nonprofit, and business institutions and leaders work. You will walk through correctional facilities, tour the big trees in our beautiful San Lorenzo Valley, hear the story of Big Creek Lumber and their mission to preserve our majestic forests, walk the fields of our county’s rich and diverse agribusinesses, and so much more.
