Santa Cruz County moves into the Orange Tier (Tier 3). Some indoor business operations can open with modifications:
Restaurants max 50% capacity or 200 people, whichever is fewer
Gyms and Fitness Centers max 25% capacity + indoor pools
Museums, Zoos, Aquariums indoor activities max 50% capacity
Movie Theaters max 50% capacity or 200 people, whichever fewer
Small Amusement Parks with 25% capacity or 500 people, whichever is fewer and outdoor attractions, in-county visitors, and advanced reservations only
Live Audience Sports with restrictions
Shopping Centers (Malls, Destination Centers, Swap Meets) with: Closed common areas and Reduced capacity food courts (see restaurants)
Hotels and Lodging with Fitness centers with 25% max capacity + indoor pools
Places of Worship with max 50% capacity or 200 people, whichever is fewer
Bars, Breweries, and Distilleries (where no meal provided) open outdoors with modifications
Wineries with 25% max capacity or 100 people, whichever is fewer
